Swedish label A Day’s March collaborated with artist Jan Håfström
Known for his comic book-inspired pop art in the 60s, in recent years Håfström has brought to life the figurative character Mr Walker, who is the civil alias of comic hero Fantomen (the Phantom). Here, Walker is seen sprinting across tote bags while his signature check coat is reimagined via the subtle design codes of A Day’s March.

For SS22, the brand created a vision of joyful utopia, where cheetah prints leap happily across baggy jeans and imperfection is celebrated wildly.

Carhartt WIP and Stray Rats joined forces
Proving that two streetwear names are better than one, Stray Rats, founded in Miami in 2010 by Julian Consuegra, have collaborated with Carhartt WIP on a range of nine workwear garments. Combining codes, all pieces in the collection are constructed from either canvas or denim and have undergone ‘aged’ fabrication treatments to give them that worn-in appeal, while hand-drawn designs add that Stray Rats DIY punk slant.

The collection is available now via Stray Rats and Carhartt WIP.

Umbro got Mad fer it
Celebrating legendary Manchester nightclub, The Hacienda, Umbro have teamed with Factory Records stars New Order for their second collaboration with the band. The line-up features five pieces: a Blackout Jersey football shirt, Blackout sweat, a tee, beanie and the Celebration jacket.

Fact: The Haçienda was largely funded by New Order’s Factory Records sales and the club’s opening was marked by a nearly 23-minute instrumental piece originally titled Prime 5 8 6 (later released as Video 5 8 6) composed by New Order founding members Bernard Sumner and Stephen Morris.

Fiorucci and Napapijri combined
Think bright colours, outerwear textures, logo prints and those pesky Fiorucci angels looking all kinds of sweetness across models’ arses.

Moncler announced they’re going fur-free
Starting with the brand’s FW23 collection, Moncler will be cutting out fur as well as switching to more sustainable materials in an attempt to be more environmentally-friendly – joining the likes of Gucci and Prada as many of the fashion industry’s biggest brands look towards lowering their impact on the planet. We thoroughly approve.
