Fashion Round-Up
Time flies, so to keep you in the loop, we’ve rounded up all the important snippets of fashion news from the past seven days into one neat feature.
Jonathan Anderson’s final Loewe campaign
Earlier this year, before the fashion world officially knew Jonathan Anderson was leaving Loewe after his ten-year tenure, the designer showed his final collection in an understated presentation inside the historical Hôtel de Maisons – Karl Lagerfeld’s former home on Rue de l’Université. Presented as a co-ed collection, Anderson’s womenswear and menswear was built on a “scrapbook of ideas,” continuing the designer’s ongoing fascination with craft, art and curation.
In the recently released accompanying FW25 campaign, brand ambassador Jiang Qiming is joined by fellow actors Lesley Manville, Felix Kammerer, and Raffey Cassidy.
Alpha Industries x No Problemo
The MA-1 bomber jacket is an iconic piece of fashion history. Manufactured by Alpha Industries and first issued to US Air Force and Navy pilots in the 1950s, the bomber passed out into civilian wear during the 70s and 80s when British punks and skinheads adopted it as a signature piece of their uniform.
Now, Alpha Industries have teamed up with London-based No Problemo on a limited capsule reworking the MA-1 bomber. Keeping the iconic colours intact, sage green and black, it features No Problemo’s signature text on the sleeves. On the back, a distorted peace sign nods to the jacket’s prominence in punk culture during the 70s.

McQueen’s gothic FW25 campaign
FW25 saw Seán McGirr turn to the philosophy of dandyism and the 19th-century figures who pioneered its founding, looking to aesthetes such as Oscar Wilde, Vesta Tilley and Romaine Brooks. Debuted on the runway in Paris earlier this year, the collection revelled in the frivolity and liberation of Aestheticism, a premise now echoed in McQueen’s accompanying campaign. Captured by esteemed British photographer Glen Luchford, models of the moment Alex Consani, Athiec Geng, Chu Wong and Libby Taverner wear McGirr’s opulent creations.
Jimmy Choo, big in Japan
For their FW25 campaign, Jimmy Choo looked towards a blend of 90s East London and Japanese street style. Shot by photographer Takay on the streets of Japan, the imagery reflects the collection’s story of tradition and craft reworked for today.

Archive deepdive
Revisiting its 120 year heritage, this season Red Wing Shoe Company celebrates its legacy with a new Archival Collection, reviving four era-defining silhouettes that trace the brand’s journey from workwear essential to cultural icon. First up is the Engineer boot: born in the 1940s to guard the feet of America’s railroad workers, later reimagined as a symbol of raw, utilitarian style. Testing its limits, the boot’s rugged adaptability is captured by photographer Shane O’Benson cruising through the wild landscapes of Andalusia.
