Yuletide yearnings
Christmas is barreling towards us like a derailed freight train and your headspace feels about as cool and collected as a turkey at 200 celsius. We feel you. But allow us to step in and save you some vital hours in the Christmas shopping rush (sharpen those elbows) via our Xmas wish lists lovingly curated by some of our favourite people.
Next up? Brighton four-piece Black Honey. Culturing a sound somewhere between Britpop bliss and humid Americana grunge, the band have had a 2017 to remember, releasing a series of singles – including the brilliantly sultry and noir track Dig – and playing some of their biggest gigs to date.
Getting into the festive spirit, we challenged frontwoman Izzy Baxter to come up with the ultimate Christmas wish list. Needless to say, she stepped up to the plate.
