Time flies, so to keep you in the loop, we’ve rounded up all the important snippets of fashion news from the past seven days into one neat feature. This week includes ECCO.Kollektive by Kiko Kostadinov, Gentle Monster x Mugler and Pusha T for Louis Vuitton. 

dunhill released a new campaign
Photographed by Luis Alberto Rodriguez in Mayfair and West London, dunhill’s FW24 imagery showcases the ‘dunhill man’ from all angles. That’s him chilling in his textured knitwear with his dog by his side. Oh, and there he is in an immaculate double-breasted cream suit hanging out by the grand piano.

Nike teamed up with Jacquemus
Returning for a third collaboration, Nike has teamed up with Simon Porte Jacquemus’ eponymous label for a collection celebrating the French house’s Parisian roots and Nike’s roster of world-class sporting talent. The capsule collection consists of ten key lifestyle pieces, including reworked tracksuits, sporty mini dresses and a Nike tick bag. Accompanied by a star-studded campaign, the designer has enlisted the help of Serena Williams, Juliette Binoche, Central Cee and Paloma Elesser to launch this year’s collab.

Gentle Monster x Mugler
Merging Mugler’s instantly recognisable design language with Gentle Monster’s modernity, the pair have joined forces for Gentle Monster’s latest eyewear collaboration. Brought to life in the Spiral 01 and Spiral 02 silhouettes, Gentle Monster has reimagined Mugler’s archive silhouettes through signature geometric design and striking new forms. Complete with a campaign lensed by Theo Liu featuring Colin Jones and Georgia Palmer, the images reference the works of Helmut Newton and Manfred Thierry Mugler.

 

Tod’s dropped their FW24/25 Italian Stories campaign
Shot by Zoë Ghertner, Tod’s latest campaign uses the Villa Il Palazzetto in Monselice as a perfect backdrop for the brand’s classic Italian styles. Here, the Gommino loafer is updated with thin fringes, sneakers are crafted with retro appeal, and the Di Bag is the perfect stately home companion.

Francesco Bertolini heads up PORTS 1961
Having joined the brand in 2019, Bertolini now takes the role of design director. His first collection will be shown during the SS25 womenswear season in Milan.

Pusha T for Louis Vuitton
The US rapper has walked for Pharrell Williams’ first two Louis Vuitton shows, and now he’s an official ambassador for the French maison, joining Pharrell’s ever-growing network of creative talent. Plus, he looks great in an LV tracksuit.

ECCO.Kollektive by Kiko Kostadinov just dropped
ECCO.Kollektive has teamed up with Kiko Kostadinov’s womenswear design team, directed by Laura and Deanna Fanning for a second instalment of the pair’s capsule collection, Hypatia. Building a wardrobe imbued with a sense of retro-futurism, shoes, bags and garments combine both brand’s penchant for innovative design processes and otherworldly silhouettes.

Seán McGirr released his debut McQueen campaign
An ode to East London shot on its streets, the Glen Luchford-photographed imagery captures models wearing the designer’s already-iconic “smashed chandelier” dress and Hoof boots backdropped by an area of London intrinsically linked to Alexander McQueen’s heritage. Plus, there’s a white horse moment à la Bianca Jagger.

You know your career is picking up when Hedi Slimane photographs you as part of the designer’s ongoing Celine PORTRAIT OF series. The latest rising actor to join this covetable list is Ever Anderson, star of Peter Pan & Wendy and Black Widow.

Paul Smith is making homeware with Artek
There really isn’t anything a Paul Smith stripe doesn’t look good on and the British designer continues to prove that theory with collaboration after collaboration. Next up on the agenda is a partnership with Finnish interior brand Artek, building new versions of Artek’s archival products that have been redefined using Smith’s signature stripe.

It’s a big year for sport and dunhill is getting on the action with the release of its Athluxury collection. Mafly Gin and Missoni have brought together respective expertise from their Italian distillery and fashion atelier to launch a limited-edition bottle of Malfy Gin Rosa, encased in the Italian fashion house’s signature zigzag print.
