This year has seen a huge market resurgence for the Nike Dunk, which first stamped its mark as a basketball sneaker – later adopted by skateboarders for its durable upper and responsive sole. In 2002, the silhouette was re-engineered to meet the demands of skateboarders, including a padded tongue and a Zoom Air unit in the heel. This latest iteration of Nike SB’s Dunk Low is reminiscent of 2005, the very year that Nike SB dropped its big brother Nike SB Dunk High ‘Fog’ featuring a gum outsole, further expressing its throwback influence.
The SB Dunk Low Pro ‘Fog’ is available now at Nike SNKRS.
