Light, swift and nimble. That’s how adidas Originals and Craig Green like it. Not too fussy, nor threadbare, the pair find themselves fawning over stoney-suede trims, foamy insoles and exposed detailing in their latest collaborative endeavour.

For the CG Squash Polta AKH, Green pays tribute to the athleisure giant’s well-documented heritage in the sports realm, acting as a recreation of their 1988 SQUASH sneaker. Rebirthed 34 years after its initial inception, Green’s model has been doused in a palette of pastel pinks and lilypad green and deconstructed with conjoined laces and exposed mesh upper layers. Together, they meet under trippy ghost layers, a signature of Green’s work with the brand, and adidas’ iconic 3-Stripe insignia.

The CG Squash Polta AKH drops July 27th in the colourway cream white/sesame/bold green, available through the adidas CONFIRMED app and select retailers.
