Prada released their menswear campaign for SS16, featuring three rising stars in film: Matthew Beard, Billy Howle and Logan Lerman.

Beard is known for his performance alongside Benedict Cumberbatch and Keira Knightly in The Imitation Game two years ago – for which he was nominated for a Tony Award for his performance in Skylight; Lerman starred in Fury and The Perks of Being a Wallflower with Emma Watson; and Howle who’s known for his work in The Seagull and Cider with Rosie.

Prada are known for employing the best and brightest thespians around as we saw last year with their FW15 campaign; Tye Sheridan, Scott McNairy and Michael Shannon were all there.

Lighting in the shot is purposeful to reflect “the ambience… reminiscent of club photography from the 1970s”, which fits aptly with the collection’s playful retro vibes.
