Simone Rocha travelled to Florence

McQueen will return to London
Having shown in Paris since Seán McGirr joined the house in 2023, the brand now returns to its home city for the SS27 Womenswear season. “London has always been at the heart of McQueen,” says McGirr, “there’s a uniquely visceral energy to the city that runs throughout the house’s history and continues to inspire everything we do today. Returning to London Fashion Week allows us to deeply engage with that spirit and the creative community that defines both London and this house.” According to the house, the show will continue to explore “McQueen’s rich heritage of sharp tailoring and signature occasionwear and include both womenswear and menswear.” We can’t wait.
Saul Nash dropped the first part of his FW26 collection
Titled Masquerade, the collection draws on the Italian tradition, viewed through London’s contemporary cultural landscape. Exploring notions of identity and belonging, the collection includes military-inspired workwear jackets, cropped trench coats, and heavy cotton jersey tracksuit bottoms – playing with Nash’s signature take on movement and performance. The drop is revealed via a series of portraits captured by Laura McCluskey.
