Riviera reds
Returning to the esteemed La Rose des Vents Monte Carlo for a sophomore edition, Gucci have officially touched down in Monaco for the summer. Taking over the beach club until October, the house’s instantly recognisable ‘Flora’ motif is relocated to the shores of the French Riviera in celebration of its 60th anniversary at the centre of Gucci’s design language. Created by Vittorio Accornero at the request of Rodolfo Gucci for Princess Grace of Monaco, the storied print is now materialised across the beach club’s sun loungers, parasoles, towels and tableware in vibrant shades of pinks, greens and reds.
Alongside the takeover, to celebrate the brand’s lasting ties to Monaco, Gucci has designed a special selection of ready-to-wear and accessories fashioned in varying hues of red, available exclusively at the Monte Carlo boutique and online.
