Palace and Fred Perry take their collab to Barry Island
By Ella Joyce | Fashion | 8 September 2025

In a meeting of British sporting heritage and 21st-century streetwear, Fred Perry and Palace Skateboards are teaming up for a collection which honours their respective worlds. Since 1952, the Fred Perry brand has transitioned from innovative tennis gear into day-to-day wardrobe staples, becoming a subcultural icon along the way. Joining forces with Palace’s pioneering approach to skate culture, archival Fred Perry pieces are rebranded with a joint logo.

Full tracksuits reference both brands’ ties to sportswear and streetwear, cast in charcoal grey and accented with fluorescent twin tipping, as argyle knit cardigans, shirts and classic polos feature Palace lettering stitched underneath the embroidered Laurel Wreath. Brought to life in an ode to the British seaside, Palace founder and creative director Lev Tanju captured friends of the brand on Barry Island in Wales hanging out with the locals and having fun at the fair.

The collection launches on 12th September at Palace online and in-store, and at Fred Perry online and in-store on 16th September.
