While you’re in the midst of rushing around Regent’s Park taking in all that Frieze has to offer, the fifteen-minute crystal gong bath is a perfect opportunity for a moment of relaxation to imbue a sense of stillness in the busy schedule. Food from The Goodlife Eatery will also be on hand so you can fuel up before hitting the next gallery visit.
