After four years at the helm of Lanvin, Bruno Sialelli is relinquishing his duties as creative director. Arriving in 2019 after stints at the likes of Loewe, Balenciaga and Acne Studios, the Italian designer steered Lanvin into new territory, delivering playful, abstract designs created in dialogue with the maison’s history.
Following Sialelli’s departure, the French house is set to harbour a new creative strategy, shifting their attention to leather goods, accessories and the introduction of Lanvin Lab focusing on creative partnerships.
In a statement, Sialelli said: “I am deeply proud of what we have achieved at Lanvin over the past four years and wish to thank Lanvin and my team who through their unique talents and dedication have accompanied me in this great adventure.”
