Continuing to articulate Saint Laurent‘s vision of artistic craft, Anthony Vaccarello‘s latest in-store Rive Droite exhibition is dedicated to the work of late photographer Bob Carlos Clarke. Having previously housed works from the likes of James Barnor and Vanessa Beecroft, Carlos Clarke’s iconic black and white images will be on display in both Paris and Los Angeles for the entirety of April.

Known for toeing the line between glamour and provocation – check out his legendary photobook White Heat, studying a young Marco Pierre White in the kitchen – often pushing the boundaries of art and acceptability across his three-decade-long career, Carlos Clarke’s practice spanned celebrity portraiture and photojournalism, establishing a body of work always underpinned with an air of seduction. Curated by Vaccarello, the upcoming Saint Laurent exhibition showcases twenty photographs from Carlos Clarke’s sprawling archive, featuring striking portraits of icons such as Keith Richards, Jerry Hall and Rachel Weisz.

Bob Carlos Clarke’s photography will be on display at Saint Laurent Rive Droite in Paris and LA from April 5th – May 4th, more info here
