Proving that timeless photos are just that, Kenzo‘s creative director Felipe Oliveira Baptista has expanded on his debut campaign for the house by once again recreating iconic images from Glen Luchford‘s archives.
With models wearing Baptista’s SS21 collection – Bee A Tiger – the campaign transports us far and wide; driving Segways down West Coast desert highways, roaming the streets of Havana and winding through the Marrakech souks. While a model caught in the midst of New York’s nightlife replicates an image Luchford took of Kate Moss in 1994.
Recreated with a similar light to Luchford’s original works, this nomadic series is a vibrant reminder that there’s a big, wild world out there ready to explore after all this Covid business is over.
