Rewind to 90s Berlin with this new Hugo capsule collection

Celebrating HUGO’s Berlin roots, a new online pop-up has arrived at Selfridges online.

Rummaging through the Hugo archives, the design team plucked classic designs and gave them a 2019 twist. The result? A line-up of 90s-inspired unisex pieces that incorporate the Hugo logo in all its iterations – including the reversed logo inspired by selfies.


It all manifests as opaque biker jackets, headbands, rucksacks, sleeveless denim jackets and a reflective windbreaker with matching cross-body bag. Pure 90s Berlin, the only thing missing is a selection of Basic Channel hits blaring out the speakers – no fear, we’ve solved that below.
