For Valentino’s Fall 2025 Co-ed collection, Alessandro Michele once again presented a huge lookbook, this time made up of 90 individual looks. Combining this with his Cruise 2025 lookbook, which boasted 170 looks, and his debut runway show in Paris in September, which had 85 looks, it means that in the past six months, Michele has offered us 345 Valentino looks. Almost enough for every day of the year.

Often, when a new creative director takes over a brand, it can take a couple of seasons for them to truly find their voice. This has not been the case for Michele. From his very first showing, we knew exactly what his Valentino is going to look like. And that is — loud colours and patterns, 70s bohemian silhouettes, and lots and lots of appliqué, beading and embellishing.

You’d need thousands of words to get through Michele’s Fall 2025 collection for Valentino, but some highlights include: the beaded cat bag in Look 2; the sequinned turban in Look 16; the studded glasses of Look 28; the opulent velvet smoking jacket in Look 34 and the red fez in Look 88. As is their M.O., Michele’s cast of characters are master mixes of genre, time and space.
