Nineties club kid-cum-fashion designer Marcelo Burlon is much more that just a clothes designer; alongside his eponymous label he is a sought after party organiser, DJ, creative director, photographer, nightlife guru and much more. This multi faceted career resulted in a brand that looks to youth and the streets for its signature take on luxe streetwear.

Taking place at Milan’s vast Piazzale Carlo Magno – commonly used as an exhibition hall – horror and tarot card imagery served as inspiration this season with a single BMX rider performing tricks as heavily inked models – some professional models, others rappers from the group Dark Polo Gang – walked to a stripped down version of Post Malone’s Rockstar.

In tune with the Marcelo Burlon man and woman, nocturnal hues dominated, while the horror element carried over to the use of gothic fonts and iconography on garments. Highlight pieces included an oversized black bomber jacket with crimson line detail and a boxy shearling pilot jacket with patchwork detailing.
