Liam Hodges’ cult-focused mentality continued: last season centred on Boy Scouts; AW15 explored the ubiquitous market-town culture and the formulaic style that has developed through these merchants.

“I like this idea that so many high-streets and towns all look and feel the same, mostly the same shops. I guess it is a bit of a celebration of the independent,” explains Hodges. “The exact point-of-view differs between seasons but the attitude and vibe remains a constant.”

A stand-out look included a patchwork, jacket-and-jogger ensemble. While bright orange complemented key pieces, such as the black-striped, heat-sealed-seam jacket and oversized, raw-edged knitwear. Blue plastic and black fingerless gloves were a small finishing touch, but solidified Hodges’ market-town vibe.
