Karl Lagerfeld photographs Robert Pattinson for Dior
Actor Robert Pattinson fronts Dior Homme’s new FW17 Black Carpet collection campaign, lensed by Karl Lagerfeld.
Shot in Paris by night, this new imagery is the third time Dior have tapped Pattinson and the second time the actor has been photographed by Lagerfeld for the French fashion house.

Alongside scenic imagery of the City of Lights, Pattinson poses against a black backdrop in items designed by Kris Van Assche for Dior Homme’s Black Carpet collection.
“The idea of the Black Carpet was to convey the energy and rebel attitude of the runway collection on a capsule collection of eveningwear while playing with the embellishment codes and the know-how of Dior,” Van Assche said about the collection. “Reworking the evening suit by pushing it in more extreme interpretations.”
