Kim Jones has collaborated with luxury hospitality group Aman on a special collaborative wardrobe, developed with Dover Street Market and inspired by Jones’ own travels and experiences. “I wanted to do a collection that fits in with the lifestyle of Aman,” says the British designer. “I love the adventures that you can go on at the properties, especially the ones when you’re out in the wilderness and you can discover new cultures, animals and other amazing things.”

Built around the idea of movement, the collection spans utilitarian daywear, elevated jersey, relaxed knitwear, weightless swimwear, active pieces and silk evening separates, with easeful silhouettes and materials designed to be versatile and functional. A Utility Vest and matching trouser are crafted in Abacá, a natural fibre native to the Philippines, while a technical Windcheater and Active Shirt encourage adventure and exploration. Elsewhere, polos, knitted tees and swimwear make a case for more relaxed activities, and for the evening, silk arrives in the form of a draped dress silhouette, pyjama set and relaxed separates.
