Earlier this year, Charli xcx attended her first Saint Laurent show and has quickly become one of Anthony Vaccarello’s modern-day muses. Now, Charli is adding ‘the face of Saint Laurent campaign’ to her growing repertoire, following the recent news of her feature film debut.

The video campaign, directed by Glen Luchford, features the singer in her signature lo-fi mood. Shot on a shaky, pixelated digital camera, we see Charli eliciting her trademark deadpan expression as she poses in pieces from the Spring 26 collection. The video is soundtracked by another one of Essex’s greatest exports: Depeche Mode, with their song “Waiting for the Night” from the band’s classic 1990 album Violator.
