Pisa 1940 x Emanuele Bicocchi: classical codes, contemporary cuts
By Alex James Taylor | Fashion | 15 October 2025

Renowned jeweller Pisa 1940 has partnered with Florentine-born designer Emanuele Bicocchi for a collection that bridges heritage Italian jewellery with contemporary subculture.

At its core, the collab unites two brands whose respective approaches are grounded in a shared commitment to innovation, craftsmanship, and radical creativity. Pisa 1940, a Milan institution with over 80 years at the forefront of fine watchmaking and jewellery, meets Bicocchi, launched in 2008 and known for its raw, sculptural, and contemporary pieces.

The resulting collection fuses refined elegance with bold design. Silver meets gold and diamonds, punkish silhouettes are rendered with Renaissance stylings, and classical closures punctuate otherwise minimal forms. Bracelets, necklaces, rings and earrings are all produced in Italy to an exacting standard, bridging the ornate and the architectural.

“The engine of progress lies in the ability to channel our differences – once fused, they become true sources of strength,” says Chiara Pisa, CEO of Pisa 1940. “This principle holds true in both life and work. This capsule collection is born precisely from the desire to share experiences and break with convention.”

“It is a personal as well as a professional privilege to unveil this special collection,” adds Bicocchi, “and to take my first steps into the world of fine jewellery in such an esteemed setting as Pisa 1940 – especially alongside someone like Chiara, whom I now have the pleasure of calling a friend.”
