Omega has just announced the return of an icon. The legendary Railmaster, which was first introduced in 1957 as part of the brand’s Professional Line, is seen as one of Omega’s most enduring watches. Now, it makes a return with a series of new colour gradients and refined aesthetic.

The original Railmaster was famous for its anti-magnetic properties, resisting up to 1,000 gauss when most watches at the time could only handle around 60. That made it the go-to choice for engineers, scientists, and anyone working near strong magnetic fields. The new model takes it even further, powered by the Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 8806, boasting fifteen times the magnetic resistance of the original.

The new collection includes two 38 mm models: one with a grey dial and black gradient, and another with a beige dial reminiscent of the 2004 version, complete with a Small Seconds function.
