Stone Island’s headquarters in Ravarino, Italy is a place where creativity and innovation run wild, where the employees all actively contribute to and shape the production process. In a new feature-length film that has just debuted on Stone Island’s YouTube channel, director Ken-Tonio Yamamoto takes us inside the beating heart of Stone Island, blending narrative and visual poetry to create a unique viewing experience.

“Stone Island is all about infinite colours,” Ken-Tonio Yamamoto says of his latest project, “not just the shades of its garments, but the endless creativity behind them. The title Infinite Colours is a nod to this approach, a way of thinking about possibilities and opportunities, brought to life by a community of people who turn bold visions into reality.”

Having worked with Stone Island for over fifteen years, Yamamoto was the perfect person to create this new feature. In the film, he only talks directly with employees, as a way of emphasising that Stone Island has always been more than just its designers or design team. Their testimonies weave a story of dedication and passion towards their craft, and a deep pride in what they create.
