The London-based Georgian fashion designer David Koma is the new creative director of the Italian fashion house Blumarine. Having launched his eponymous line in 2009 after finishing his studies in Central Saint Martins, Koma has been a fixture of the London Fashion Week schedule ever since.

Koma said of his new role, “Blumarine embodies a unique blend of sensuality, timeless glamour and elegance that I always admired, and it is an honour to be able to write the next chapter in the brand’s illustrious history.”

David Koma’s first collection for Blumarine will be their Pre-Fall 25 collection.
