In a collaboration that makes perfect sense, Martine Rose has teamed up with Stella Artois for a capsule collection that pays homage to the rich legacy of UK subcultures and the humble pool hall.

The centrepiece of the collaboration is an oversized bomber jacket. Taking inspiration from punk, Martine Rose incorporates iconic beer mat towelling into jacket linings, repurposing Stella Artois’ signature graphics. Crafted from tan leather and featuring a contrasting shearling collar, the bomber showcases Stella’s colourful bottle caps, all intentionally imperfect. It is a one-of-a-kind piece that perfectly encapsulates the vintage-meets-contemporary spirit of the collaboration.

The collection also includes a pair of distressed jeans embellished at the pockets with Stella Artois x Martine Rose patches, an off-white, oversized graphic t-shirt decorated with Stella Artois paper-feel bottle labels and a buttoned shirt adorned with an all-over newspaper motif featuring collaged Stella Artois packaging, recalling classified newspapers, UK tabloid culture and including Martine Rose backstage photography.

The Martine Rose x Stella Artois collection will launch on martine-rose.com on December 1st and in store in Dover Street Market on December 8th.
