What a great day for us little Keoghanators and Elordites, the trailer for Emerald Fennell’s Saltburn has finally dropped. The film, which sees Barry Keoghan and Jacob Elordi playing two Oxford students, one down to earth, the other gregarious and aristocratic, is giving huge Brideshead Revisited vibes, which is always a good thing.

Director Fennell shot to fame recently as the director of the multiple Oscar nominated Promising Young Woman, with Keoghan also fresh from the Oscars auditorium for his turn in The Banshees of Inisherin. The most exciting member of the cast, however, has to be Jacob Elordi whose rise to fame has been unmatched in recent years. Cutting his teeth in the twee Kissing Booth films on Netflix, he proved his acting chops on HBO’s Euphoria. He is currently wowing the festival circuit playing Elvis Presley in Sofia Coppola’s upcoming biopic Priscilla. 

Saltburn will arrive into cinemas in the UK and Ireland on November 17th.
