At just 22 years old, the Paris Saint-Germain winger is one of football’s most prolific young talents, having won multiple trophies for his Ligue 1 club team and playing a major part in France’s 2018 World Cup win. Alongside shared values of excellence, Mbappé also echoes Dior’s own philanthropy. The footballer is involved in numerous charity initiatives, including sponsoring the Premiers de cordée, which provides sporting initiatives for hospitalised children, while last year saw the Frenchman launch his own association, ‘Inspired by KM’ with the aim to inspire children to reach their goals.
Mbappé’s new position at Dior follows a two-season collaboration between the fashion house and Paris Saint-Germain that saw Jones design the team’s official wardrobe.
