Dior and Kim Jones unveil new uniforms for Paris Saint Germain
By Finn Blythe | Fashion | 6 September 2021

Dior and Paris Saint Germain, the French capital’s premier football club and one of the biggest in Europe, have joined forces as part of a new collaboration between two Parisian powerhouses.

Artistic director of Dior‘s men’s collections Kim Jones has designed a new range of uniforms for the entire PSG squad for the next two seasons. From sharp tailored suits intended to be worn pre-game, to more casual looks comprising polo shirts and Harrington jackets, the partnership reflects similar cross-disciplinary ventures undertaken with Air Jordan (with whom PSG also collaborated).

In tones of black and navy blue specially designed to reflect the team’s colours, both outfits are complete with embroidered club badge patches and Christian Dior initials. Additional symbols of refinement come in the shape of Dior’s saddle bag made from calfskin, a jacquard tie with a matching PSG badge, a cashmere scarf for the winter months and a reversible black and blue belt that goes as well with casual as it does with smart. With a busy summer behind them that saw the signing of the world’s best player in Lionel Messi, watch in the video below as the news gets even better for PSG’s stars with the fitting of their new personalised pre-game clobber.
