Like the rest of us, Italian designer Giuseppe Zanotti has been spending a lot more time at home recently. And with that new lifestyle shift comes a new way of dressing that places comfort at the centre.

“During my free time in quarantine, I found myself wearing tracksuits,” says Zanotti. “It got me thinking, why wouldn’t I make my own, exactly how I wanted, in exactly the materials I liked?”

And so he did, turning a strange situation into a neat loungewear capsule collection formed around luxury comfort and relaxation. Titled Living Room, the capsule line-up boasts all the essentials for those chill days where relaxed dressing is the only way to go. We’re talking loose tees, hoodies and track pants, all crafted in Italian supple cotton and finished with Giuseppe Zanotti signatures, like gold embroidery and exposed zips. “I feel this is a time when we want to look at the essence of things,” says the designer, “when we desire long-lasting pieces that we can wear time after time.”
