It should come as no surprise that the daughter of Uma Therman and Ethan Hawke is supremely talented. Those talents extend well beyond the world of acting, too – with the 21-year old, best known for her role as Robin Buckley from Stranger Things, recently announcing her debut album.

Blush, out 19th June on Mom + Pop, includes Hawke’s 2019 singles Stay Open and By Myself (the latter is out now with a new video, below), and was produced collaboratively with US songwriter and producer Jesse Harris.

Speaking via Instagram Hawke celebrated the forthcoming release, saying “The first single and video, BY MYSELF from my upcoming album BLUSH is out now wherever music is streamed. I hope it can serve as a bit of company in these solitary times.”

In a separate statement, she added, “This album happened accidentally. From my point of view, Blush is a collection of secret messages, hidden communications with the people in my life.”

A portion of proceeds from the album will be donated to the Food Bank for New York City.
