For the latest chapter in Fendi‘s FF series, the venerable Italian brand have teamed up with none other than Nicki Minaj, the 36 year-old rapper who only three weeks ago announced she would be calling time on her musical career to focus on starting a family.
Working in collaboration with Silvia Ventura Fendi and the in-house design team, a new capsule collection for women, men and kids (hint, hint, Nicki) has been created with plenty of bubblegum-pink fur and an uncanny resemblance to Minaj’s own bold sense of style.
In celebration, Minaj has made a small exception from her musical hiatus to feature on a new track by PnB Rock alongside Murda Beatz for a new unambiguously titled single, Fendi, available for download and streaming today. Shot in LA by Steven Klein, the video shows Minaj at her poolside prowling best. Watch the 60-second clip above.
The Fendi Prints On capsule collection will launch on fendi.com on 14th October and will then be sold in Fendi boutiques worldwide starting 16th October.
