This week the LA Art Book Fair is back for its annual feast of all things art, music and independent publishing – which we’ve already dissected here. Celebrating the event, Dover Street Market LA is holding a series of in-store events in collaboration with the fair.

Taking place from Thursday 11th until Sunday 14th, there’s plenty to keep you busy. Here, we’ve plucked out several highlights for you to enjoy.

In terms of zines, there will be new photo book releases by the likes of The Kills’ Alison Mosshart, Myles Hendrik, Connor Tingley and Chad Muska, while renowned photographer Mary McCartney will be present signing copies of her book The White Horse. Elsewhere, photographer, artist, poet and HERO contributor Jenna Putnam will be performing a special in-store poetry reading/spoken word set as part of Paradigm Publishing’s extensive line-up, which also boasts an in-conversation with skate legend Jason Dill on the 14th and the premiere of photographer-cum-filmmaker Remy Holwick‘s new new music video for Loft blue’s Most of My N!%#<s.

All this and much more can be enjoyed surrounded by new installations by the likes of Comme Des Garcons, Balenciaga and IDEA books. Safe to say, it’s all going on.

Discover the full line-up here.
