Slated for a November release, just the thought of Luca Guadagnino’s Suspiria remake has already got us on the edge of our seats. So god knows what we’ll be like when we actually experience the big screen suspense. So what better way to fulfil that anticipation than by revisiting Dario Argento’s 1977 cult flick… in a London church… accompanied by Italian prog-rock band Goblin performing their classic score live.

Yes, that’s right. Marking the 40th anniversary of Argento’s Suspiria, the band will set up inside Union Chapel and run through their classic original score in perfect harmony with the film. Just imagine, Goblin’s swarthy, brooding melodies echoing through the chapel as you watch poor, naive Suzy discover that ballet school isn’t all plies and pivots. Leave your crucifixes at the door, it’s all sure to get a little bit jumpy.

Goblin will be performing their Suspiria soundtrack at Union Chapel on Friday 17th August and Saturday 18th August. Book tickets here.
