Salvatore Ferragamo have become the latest fashion house to combine its men’s and women’s shows, designed by Guillaume Meilland and Paul Andrew, respectively.

The season will also see Andrew present his debut collection for the Florentine brand, having succeeded Fulvio Rigoni as creative director of womenswear in October this year.

It’s a move that reflects a growing trend in the fashion industry as many brands go co-ed in a bid to harmonise their markets, following the likes of Gucci, Jil Sander, Givenchy and Paul Smith.
