During men’s fashion week in Paris, designer Stefano Pilati – formerly of Yves Saint Laurent and Ermenegildo Zegna Couture – revealed on social media his latest fashion venture. Pilati uploaded seventeen self-destructive images on Instagram Stories from his new “genderless and seasonless” brand called Random Identities.
The collection is not for sale or production, but featured an array of slick black garments from androgynous coats to elegant off-the-shoulder dresses and beautifully cut suit worn with fishnet stockings.

At this stage, whether the label will come to fruition is unconfirmed. According to Pilati, “The collection could be the start of something to come in the near future, something more developed”. The designer also shared a series of cryptic videos to accompany the announcement, directed by Matt Lambert.
