After hours
Following two highly successful collaborations, today sees Miles Kane team up with Fred Perry on a third capsule collection.

Between his latest solo record, Coup de Grace, and his Last Shadow Puppets work with Alex Turner, there’s a louche, 70s aesthetic that weaves through Kane’s music and style – trapezing somewhere between Scott Walker, Leon Russell and Alain Deloin. Translating this vibe to his latest Fred Perry collection, Kane uses influences spanning his childhood growing up on the Wirral through to his current LA residence to reimagine Fred Perry staples in his own vision: the iconic Fred Perry polo comes with a zip neck update, boxy bowling shirts are rendered in Liberty Fabric and a luxe knitted shirt is very 70s Italian.
Twisting the Fred Perry silhouette into slim, laid-back interpretations, it all stems from Kane’s backstage life – those in-between hours where comfort and ease are key. And nothing screams backstage luxe more than a two-piece tracksuit – just ask Paulie Walnuts, Bruce Lee and Mr Bond (circa A View to Kill) – Kane’s is tricot fabric, 70s collar and cropped leg.
