Tres bon!

Inside Burberry’s new Paris store
By Barry Pierce | Fashion | 27 February 2024

Just about a week after Daniel Lee showed his third collection for Burberry – a celebration of British subculture and artistry – the British brand has announced that they have opened a brand new store in Paris on the Avenue Montaigne. Designed to reflect the brand’s new creative vision, the store encompasses menswear, womenswear and accessories across two floors and offers an assortment of pieces from the Burberry Spring 2024 and Summer
2024 collections.

The windows of the Avenue Montaigne store draw inspiration from the EKD (Equestrian Knight Design) with elements such as the horse and the shield creatively reimagined through distinct installations that frame the space. The store’s fixtures include sculptural handmade furnishings inspired by 1960s British abstract art and the creative salvage movement of the 1980s. Additionally, the store’s concrete floor features a distinctive mosaic in the form of Burberry’s EKD, skilfully handcrafted using Verde Alpi marble. If you find yourself in the French capital for Paris Fashion Week, or perhaps a lovely city break, be sure to pop in and treat yourself.

The store is located at 17-19 Avenue Montaigne, 75008 Paris.
