Supreme X Lacoste: from the skatepark to the tennis court
By Alex James Taylor | Fashion | 13 March 2017

Kings of the collaboration, Supreme have teamed up with French label Lacoste for a special SS17 collection.

Having recently sent the internet into meltdown with it’s Louis Vuitton collab (which you can check out on the cover of HERO 17), the New York label are shifting focus from the skatepark to the tennis court.

Synonymous for its polo shirts and alligator motif, Lacoste was founded in 1933 by pro tennis player René Lacoste and his friend André Gillier, who was president of the largest French knitwear company at the time. Translating that heritage to modern sportswear, the brand’s Supreme mash-up boasts Harrington jackets, track jackets, tennis sweaters, pique crewnecks, long sleeve jersey polos, track pants, pique shorts and a pique camp cap.

With two of the fashion world’s hottest logos together for the first time, this drop is sure to fly off shelves. So make your P.O.A. and come 16th March get to the front of that snaking Supreme queue.
