Back in April last year, it was reported that Annie Clark – aka St. Vincent – was busy writing and directing her debut film The Birthday Party, a horror vignette as part of upcoming anthology project XX.

Today comes the first trailer for the project, which is due out on 17th February and due to premiere at the Sundance Film Festival later this month. Pitched as “four deadly tales by four killer women,” XX is split into four parts, each directed by a female director: Annie Clark, Jennifer Lynch, Jovanka Vuckovic and Karyn Kusama.
