Just Cavalli channels Americana and Andy Warhol for its FW16 campaign

Ice cream cones at the ready, Just Cavalli heads to Coney Island for its FW16 campaign, shot by Sebastian Faena.

It’s a vibrant setting equal to Peter Dundas’ striking collection. Blending Americana themes (think USA stars and Rodeo detailing) with Warholian inspirations (lipstick red, ciggie in mouth prints and pop art nuances), this latest drop embraces the kind of youthful zeal that runs deep through the brand’s DNA.

Worn by a gang of girls and boys – including Benno Bulang, Leila Goldkuhl, Lili Sumner, Lina Hoss, and Miles McMillan – the collection ties back with Dundas’ love of music, channelling glam rock, punk and new wave sensibilities to create a subcultural hybrid that holds the combo’s ultimate attitude.

Just one question: how many arcade tickets do we need to exchange for that tasselled leather?
