Long-time collaborators Kris Van Assche and photographer Willy Vanderperre have released their latest output for Dior Homme, tapping actor Boyd Holbrook to star in the house’s FW15 campaign.

The campaign’s still images and short film channel the suave energy of the collection’s formalwear, and the legacy of the Dior homme fleur. Titled Paris XVIE, the filmic element sees Holbrook set loose on the streets of Paris. Collecting dried flowers as tokens of his experiences, the actor reminds us of Monsier Dior’s own penchant for living things.

It’s a cinematic vision that aligns seamlessly with the collection itself. Just rewind to January’s show, where we were treated to a live performance from the Paris Scoring Orchestra seated single file down the runway. If you please.

Check it out and be reminded that romance isn’t dead – it’s just been put in a real suit.
