Levon Hawke is the latest star of Hedi Slimane’s Celine Homme Portrait of an Actor series.

The US actor – son of Uma Thurman and Ethan Hawke – was photographed by Slimane in New York in June 2023, and can be seen wearing stripped-back tailoring, denim and louche shirting in the series of black-and-white portraits.

It’s a major year for Hawke, who is set to star in Elliott Lester’s upcoming Western thriller, The Thicket, which follows a young man on a quest to rescue his sister from violent outlaw Cut Throat Bill. This will be followed by a role in Zoë Kravitz’s highly-anticipated directorial debut, Pussy Island, starring alongside Channing Tatum, Christian Slater, Kyle MacLachlan and Naomi Ackie.
