On stage, Viagra Boys are electric. Conducting wild scenes of flailing limbs and bodies crashing into one another; the Stockholm band turn any venue into a brilliantly steaming, sweaty, joyous mess. Currently on tour across the EU before heading across to the US and back – lasting until January 2023 – Viagra Boys have fresh impetus: a brand new record titled Cave World that is spectacular in its ability to locate society’s wounds and scratch the itch, setting 2022 conspiracy theories to dark jazz grooves. “People look down at apes as primitive life forms,” says frontman Sebastion Murphy, “but we’re just this horrible, lazy society killing each other and starting wars, while they’re able to love and feel. Does that make them the true ape or us?”

While travelling between gigs, Viagra Boys took the time to note down the tracks that soundtrack their journey. Curated into a neat playlist below, you’ll find an eclectic mix that – somewhat scarily – invites you into the Viagra Boys mindset.
