Annabel’s reopen with an immersive recreation of Klimt’s masterpieces

To celebrate the re-opening of their doors, Annabel’s Private Members Club in Mayfair have created an immersive art experience based on the work of legendary Austrian painter Gustav Klimt.

Using a selection of Klimt’s most famous works as their inspiration, the recreation is an opportunity to celebrate the uplifting sense of hope that emanates from Klimt’s glittering canvases. At a time when we could all do with a little more positivity, the artist’s three works: Danaë, The Kiss and Medicine are the tonic we need. Each of these has been re-staged in a series of stills (and an accompanying film), that will be on show throughout the club.

As if that wasn’t reason enough to book your return visit, the exclusive west London club has also given their menu a Klimt-inspired makeover. A new selection of gold-themed cocktails will be available as part of the theme, including the Judith, consisting of Hennessy Cognac, Galliano L’Autentico, lemon foam and smoked paprika.
