While we’re still recovering from Anthony Vaccarello‘s epic SS20 Saint Laurent menswear show on the beach at Paradise Cove, Malibu, the designer has been busy realising two special concept stores in LA and Paris, open now.

Named Saint Laurent Rive Droite – a take on Yves Saint Laurent’s revolutionary Saint Laurent Rive Gauche ready-to-wear store that rocked the world by taking luxury fashion to the streets  – the stores represent the brand’s universe via numerous exclusive and limited edition collaborations.

And there’s a lot going on. Before you’ve even stepped foot in the space, there’s a food truck outside selling food by Italian-American restaurant and coffee bar Sant Ambroeus. Stock up on pastries and head inside, where you’ll find all kinds of unique items for sale, from a Saint Laurent lighter to pens, skate decks, furniture, rare books, vintage record players, toy cars and condoms. Woolworths, this ain’t.

The stores will be continually restocked as and when collaborations are ready to hit the shelves – keep your eyes peeled for a full boxing outfit in collaboration with Everlast.
