Fred Perry and Raf Simons are marking ten years of collaboration with an ode to youth culture across the globe, hoping to engender the next generation of creatives by re-releasing key pieces from the pair’s collaborative archives.

In keeping with the aim, two fledgling photographic talents Olya Oleinic and Kyle Weeks, will traverse the globe for six weeks, leaving in their wake a trail of 100 vacuum sealed archive garments in areas of emerging subcultures. Each package will be shot individually, taped to a wall or wedged in a nook, and then uploaded on Fred Perry’s Instagram as part of a series of drops.

Each drop will be announced via Insta stories and will include co-ordinates, photos and live videos of the package’s location. The first drop happened this morning in Athens – but don’t fret, that means there are 99 remaining garments to be found right up to the release of the Autumn 2018 collection on August 20th. We recommend you pack an overnight night bag, to keep at the ready, should you need to make a hasty dash.

Documentation is also made available on Fred Perry’s website, as the 100 sealed garments get revealed drop by drop: fredperryxrafsimons.com
