Raf Simons have revealed his FW18 campaign, lensed by Willy Vanderperre and styled by Olivier Rizzo.

Rewind to January this year and Raf’s FW18 show in New York: turning his runway into a Bacchanalian feast, the Belgian designer laid piles of fruit, breads, sausages, cheeses, cakes, glasses of wine, bottles of champagne and lavish floral bouquets as models weaved between the excess in a collection inspired by drug culture and Uli Edel’s 1981 cult film Christiane F..

This new FW18 imagery features still life close-ups of these floral and fruit (arranged by Mark Colle), only wilting, covered in flies and with rolled up dollar notes, cigarette papers and transparent bags beside them. Each photo is then paired with one of model Luca Lemaire wearing the collection. Dark and mysterious: it’s Raf’s calling card.
