Camper creative director Romain Kremer has tapped Parisian photographer Pierre-Ange Carlotti for the shoe brand’s FW17 lookbook imagery.

With art direction by Kremer, the duo extend the collection’s Lynchian aesthetic, shooting the collection in what looks like a Camper interpretation of the iconic Twin Peaks Red Room.

Paris-based, Carlotti is known for his bold and candid documentation of Parisian youth and underground culture. Recognise the name? That could be from his recent Summercamp Vetements photo book, where the Corsica-born photographer captured the brand’s friends and collaborators enjoying themselves at a chateau in Northern France.

And it’s a partnership that makes sense. Since his appointment as creative director of Camper in 2014, Kremer has brought his artistic eye to the brand, having previously teamed up with young creative talents such as Isamaya Ffrench and NY brand Eckhaus Latta.
