Swedish outerwear label Stutterheim understands the power of the creative collaboration. Alongside their regular collections, they’ve worked with a broad range of talents and brands including Garance Doré, Hudson Bay, Glenfiddich, Volvo and even master-of-the-double-entendre, Jay Z. Their latest collaboration sees them return to their Scandinavian roots, with Danish designer Henrik Vibskov.

Vibskov is the visual maestro who has been at the forefront of eccentric Scandinavian design for around fifteen years. Working across fashion, interiors and even music, he’s become known for his flamboyant aesthetic, adding a distinctly spicy flavour to the New Nordic Movement – a term used to describe the 21st century’s wave of Northern European creatives.

Vibskov has lent his talents to two exclusive pattern unisex raincoats for Stutterheim. The Stockholm-based brand is known for its minimal lines and traditional craftsmanship, often drawing from their founder’s heritage in the creation of their designs (their iconic ‘Stockholm’ coat was based on a raincoat worn by Alexander Stutterheim’s grandfather). With Vibskov’s eye, these values have been cast with bold graphics, intricate patterns and vivid colour.

Two ends of the Scandinavian spectrum, coming together as one of the slickest, most vibrant ways to stay dry during this April’s showers.
